BECOMING is about identity 
Identity is a precious commodity in this life. Unfortunately, some people do not discover their identity. Others lose sight of theirs even after it has been discovered, consequently missing out on God’s intended plans for their lives. Our identity was well established before we were born.
We were fearfully and wonderfully made by God. We were created in the image of God and designed for a special and unique purpose. There has never been and there will never be anyone just like you. Becoming is about coming into the fullness of understanding of who you are and whose you are. Foundationally, your identity is such that you were created for and by God, you were saved by grace through faith and there is nothing that can separate you from the love of Christ. Navigating life in knowledge of this will help you to become all that God has called you to be. 
 
YOUR BEST is about empowerment 
Inherent in nature is growth. A seed blossoms into a flower while a child matures to adulthood. 
We were created to advance, and it takes a deliberate and persistent effort to create and maintain your best. This could be in your education, career, relationships, health or other areas of your life. Why settle for less when God has called you for more? You are who God says you are so do not rest on your earthly abilities, do not coast, for you are being called to greater and higher heights. 
 
REACHING is about contribution 
We are blessed to be a blessing. Becoming your best is one thing and a gradual journey at that.
A key part of becoming your best is reaching out to others through the agape love of God and His grace. We are to contribute to other people’s lives by helping them to discover their identity in God and providing a nurturing environment for them to pursue Christ. With Kingdom in mind, each one is to reach one and teach one. 
 
THE WORLD is about legacy 
What you do today will speak for your tomorrow even after your departure from this world. 
Now is the time that the world needs you and not later. When you’re gone, will it be said of you that you buried your talents or gave them freely. You are the author of your autobiography, and in living, you are writing it now. What words are your thoughts and deeds writing on the pages of your life? Are you helping or harming, being a blessing or a stumbling block, an encourager or a discourager? Who are you choosing to be?
